I am set to take in 1200 cals a day but normally I take in about 1500 or a little less bc of breastfeeding and this has worked for me, I have lot around 20lbs I just add breastfeeding to my cardiovascular section, just make sure you are taking in good cals, lots of protein and good carbs... also another huge help is lots…

Just tried some of it and are you sure just a teaspoon is needed? I added a tablespoon of each and it was a hot gooey yummy mess lol either way it's delicious thanks for sharing!!

Just stay motivated Amy!! Walking is such a great stress reliever! I have to share my mini goal today ladies... I stepped on the scale this morning and lost 1.4 lbs which means i have lost 15lbs!!!!!!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOO! sorry I have to do my victory dance now! It's time for some shopping!!!!! :drinker:

Well today was a great day! It's 79 and sunny here in Florida and I have had the time to go to spin for an hour, and take a walk with the hubby and baby Plus my eating has been great! I wish EVERYDAY could go as smoothly as it has today LOL...FAT chance I just know someone is about to be sick or something hahahaha Stacey~…

I'm a 36 E and I wear an underwire bra with a sportsbra over that and then a VERY snug stretchy wife beater over that ...keeps the girls right in their place LOL GL!

I'm in!!!! my son was born June 2010 at a whopping 10lbs 6oz!!!!! and 5 days ago i officially lost all 53 lbs of baby weight! still have 10 lbs to go until my goal weight of 115lbs.... Lets do this girls!!! We are STRONG and AWESOME WOMEN!!!!!!!!! GOOOO MOMMIES!!!! lol ok that was a bit much! :)
