Thanks for the tips. I've tried losing weight before and I couldn't get past my current weight, so I was getting a little freaked out. I'll try drinking more water I guess :).

Hi, I'm 5'3" and it took me about 5 months to lose only 11 pounds! I love banana bread and smoothies! Also raspberries, i don't know what it is, but I could eat like 3 cartons of raspberries in 1 sitting, they're soooo yummy!!!!:smooched:

Wow, 88 pounds is a lot! I think everyone feels that way when they're losing weight, but trust me if people around you are noticing, there's a difference. Just try not to think about when you where 300+, because that's not what you look like now, focus on the present and why you want to lose weight. I think you should also…
