  • Yes! Do what's comfortable...the walks are a rest in C25K program...breathing should get back to normal, the runs should be challenging but not feel like death starting out until you get to the hell weeks (if you're doing c25K) Good luck!!! You'll do great. I did 4.5 jog and 3.0 walks...if that helps. I was able to do c25K…
  • Those pictures would kick my butt in gear! You look so beautiful!!!! What ever your goals are, you can accomplish them!
  • YES! It kinda feels like cabin fever. I hurt myself this week and yesterday I totally took the day off from exercise...felt a bit crazy!
  • you look like the daughter of the person in the first picture! Incredible results! Keep up the great work!
  • I have one more C25K workout to do before I GRADUATE!!!!!
  • Just looking at your diary, only clicked fast through the last few weeks...don't skip meals and even up your calories spread throughout the day. Also...noticed you were OVER in saturated fat...every day so I can imagine your regular fat intake is over too. I'd also cut out the soda and add an exercise that makes your body…
  • Yes! I dropped around 40lbs. fast just watching what I ate, staying under and doing what I could, when I could, eliminating all soda and alcohol only occasionally. I had to wait until my life calmed down in order to have the time to devote to working out. The last couple months, I've been able to work out more and I'm down…
  • You're doing amazing! Sounds like you're on the same path as my hubby. He did c25K, graduated...doing his 3rd this weekend all while striving for the 10K and probably beyond. He's down 72lbs. I'm doing c25K...1/2 way through week 6. Hope to join him soon but need to speed up. Anyway, you asked about songs....this one…
  • Try Leslie Sansone walking workouts...she has a 5 mile one that takes around an hour...crazy burns on that. It's cheap, no brainer, a little cheezy and super easy. If you have exercise TV on demand, she usually has a few to try on there.
  • Feel free to add me. We all have the same goal (lose weight). It doesn't matter how much...we're all here for eachother and to support one another. You'll do great if you're willing to commit and stay with the program :) You're not alone. Looking forward to seeing us all succeed together!!!
  • Incredible! Enjoy it!!!
  • Welcome! Support here is awesome. Take control of what you have control of in your life. You can do this!!! Sending you a MFP friend request :) We're all on this journey together :)
  • Nice! You must feel wonderful!!! Keep up the great work!!!
  • I'm overwhelmed by the number of friend requests! WOW! Guess we're all trying to be here for eachother and that's what it's going to take for us all to be successful. Yah - having my husband as a support to do this with is helping a lot. Previously we've decided to make good choices on our own and eventually fell off the…
