Hemp seeds: 100 g = 621 cals, 30 g of protein, lots of omega 3, 6 and 9, potassium, very low on carbs.

I have a 99% precision hrm and it measures more calories than the gym equipment. I'll give you an example. Eliptical, 10 minutes, level 5. HRM: 130 calories. Eliptical machine: 100 calories. I'm still testing but i tend to believe what my hrm is telling me since it's a very popular model with great reviews.

Hi. We need more details, like how much you are eating, your exercise level, stress level...etc. Provide those and we can give you our opinion but it sounds to me like you need to check with your doctor first.

Its an estimation, but I'd say its close to reality since it knows how fast you were going, the distance, for how long and your body measurements. This data should be enough to provide a value close to reality.

I danced (moderate to heavy) for 7 hours straight at an electronic dance music party. It was about 1800 calories. Needless to say, I could barely walk after that.

Look, calories are calories. It doesn't matter how you exercise. Calorie deficit is going to make you lose weight. These studies are bs.

It might be so. I was just mentioning what mfp says about this. I read about some issues that could appear if one does not follow their instructions but never seen one.

MFP recommends to add the activities ONLY IN MFP. It will override the FitBit activity. This is designed this way since FitBit cannot accurately track other activities outside walking, running... Any strength training and even aerobic needs to be logged separately. The running and walking does not need to be logged in MFP.…

Totally unrealistic! Even if you could lose 20, the last lbs will certainly take longer to lose. Just keep exercising and eating at a deficit. It took me 3 months to lose 40 and that was fast already.

Happened to me too. Went to the doctor and found out my blood sugar reached almost the lowest level acceptable. So i now eat fruits rich in sugar or a small candy. Nectar gets into the blood fast so eating something like a nectarine is a solution. Also, eating less than your BMR can cause your organs to stop working…
