I'm in this is great!!!! My goal is not to eat after 7:30. It is going to be a challenge for me because I don't sleep good at night and that is where my snacking begin anything sweet then I'm back to sleep. Any Suggestions?

Please just keep it going. I went over 569 we have our days! We are Indeed human! Just take it as a treat for going that far now pick it up and keep moving! You'll forget about that M&M it's gone dont let your motivation disappear with it. I always keep a bowl of raisins or almond around when i crave. Best of everything.…
