I've run several half marathons, but decided to keep my mileage low in 2013 and not train for anything long. I did a 10k and that was about it. I run 3.6 miles about 2 times a week.

I've been Wheat Free for over a year and end up just doing GF. I don't have a ton of recipes, but I have been finding items in the store to help with my cravings... amazing waffles, pizza, microwave meals.
