Sounds like everyone's had a great week! Well I have been plagued by lots of schoolwork and lots of long hours at work. Only worked out 3 times, when my goal is 5. I am avoiding homework right now, in fact. Ordered a gorgeous dress from Folter this week:…

Wow nice.. the limited edition ones? I loved those! I have American Nightmare heels in Red and One Hand in the Grave wedges. I want more though! I'm thinking Survivor, maybe...

You look awesome! Congrats on the loss! I love that one of your rewards for meeting your goal is getting Iron Fist shoes! Which ones did you have your eyes on??

That is so gosh darn adorable I can't stand it!

Just have a good time!!!!! You can be sensible and still enjoy yourself. I was just in Las Vegas last week where I stuck to vodka and diet coke. We did a lot of drinking, eating and walking. I ended up losing 2 lbs over the 5 days I was there :)

Oh my... girl you are CUT! Well done, you look amazing!

Interesting article, thanks for posting it! It's depressing to think that in the 30's a 32 in bust equated to a size 14!! What in the hell was a size 6, I wonder!

BMI is ONLY a proportion between your height and weight. It doesn't take body composition into account at all. A lot of experts have said that BMI measurements is an outdated measurement that doesn't actually mean much. People are built very differently, and people of the same height and weight will have varying body fat…

Sorry about missing last week - was having fun in Vegas! I skipped the weigh in altogether, so week 5 I was 174 and this morning for week 7 I was 168.6.

For casual, I like Escada Moon Sparkle... a limited edition a few summers ago so i stocked up! I also like L.A.M.B. 's G. perfume, its very coconut-y. For a dressier perfume, I like j'adore by Dior.

You look totally fabulous! What a change youve made in just 90 days!!

What a major difference! Great work, hun!

In my head lately, it's been "Perfect Day" by Lou Reed. Definitely not for workouts, haha. Old school Madonna is better.

I am 173, 5'7" and seem to be between size 10-12. At my highest, I was 225 and wore 16-18.

Ah, this does tend to happen, dear. Your skin is adjusting to your weight loss, and though you may notice more as you keep losing, they will eventually fade a bit from what they are now. Weight loss as well as weight gain is responsible for stretch marks. They are also sometimes completely unavoidable, being a hereditary…

Oh it's gross. I have these paper-thin shirts from the Gap that will never see the outside of the house again. But they are perfect for working out! And I wear comfy yoga pants and one of my bras that are about ready to fall apart.

Thank you everyone for your input!!

Hahahahaha, ladyhawke, I was expecting you to get in on this soon  Thanks, I must have missed that post, I will take a good look at it! ... And as always, I'm humbled by your in-depth knowledge :flowerforyou:

Hmm, you know, it started me out at 1280, and then when I lost around 25 lbs it adjusted it to 1200. I know I can always set it to lose at a slower rate (i.e., 1 lb/week) but I thought I'd reserve that til I got slightly closer to goal weight.

Hello and welcome! I used Fitday in the past as well, and I find MFP sooooo much easier. It's also works well with the phone app, which really keeps me accountable. (If you have an Android phone, you can even barcode scan your foods in - amazing!) I have no trouble whatsoever with keeping up with MFP, for a lot of us it's…

You look absolutely amazing. I admire you so much for juggling so many things in the air, yet making your health a priority too. Congratulations on your loss, though I know you definitely put in the sweat to get there!

Definitely stand up for yourself about it. If they know that you don't have the conviction to stick to it, they will just continue. Hopefully they will take your text into consideration and be more respectful, but don't be afraid to follow up with them in conversation if it happens again!

L'Assassin... :) love it! I really wish I had the time to commit to roller derby, I've wanted to try it out forever.

Ooops late! I had a few big losses so it had to slow down sometime... I am the same as last week, 174. Sigh.
-
150 ... and I'm 174. Getting closer though!

You WILL eventually plateau, dear. It might take a week or it might take a few months, but your body cannot sustain itself on 850 calories. Your metabolism will slow and will make it much more difficult to lose further. I'm sure others will tell you as well: eat those calories. If you set your goal for 1.5 lb/week, it may…

Probably after I had lost about 25 lbs. Don't get discouraged!!!!

I love that I have lost weight. I hate that it seems like it all came off the top half of my body. I love my dog. I hate when he pees on the floor (there is no toilet training this guy despite years of effort). I love living in Oregon with all its easily accessible farms and locally grown/produced food. I hate that the…

You look just amazing, girl!!!
