For me, having a cheat item is a little bit better than a whole day I'm going to feel guilty about. Without a treat herewith and there it would be too difficult to stay disciplined!

Is he willing to eat vegetables?!?! I had a lot of success in really getting focusing on getting the veg and lean protein, but like everyone else has said, just get his silly butt on MFP!

Loss has been super slow lately, 147.6. Which makes for a -2 lb loss in almost a month. Sigh. I suppose that's the rate I *should* be losing at, but its still frustrating! Hope you feel better soon Rach!

I weighed in at 161.2 ... which is -2.4 lbs. I hope that its not a fluke! I worked pretty hard in my P90X workouts so hopefully they don't bounce back on me. I haven't had a big loss like this in awhile :)
