Before and After 45lbs :)

So I have been dieting and exercising for the last 4 and half months and I just reached a big milestone.... 45 lbs!!! Yay! When I started off on this weight loss journey I made my goal to be 160 and I currently weigh 175 ... 15 more lbs to go and I am super excited.
How did I do this? Well I originally started off by just taking the junk out of my diet like cookies, starches, pop, cake ect... I lost 15 lbs in a month just doing that! After that I realized I needed to start eating healthier so I substituted those cookies and pies for carrots and broccoli and lost another 15 lbs. While I was eating these vegetables I was also excersising 5 days a week for 90 min.... It was a lot of work but I managed to pull through and lose the last 15lbs by drinking lots of water and excersising lots. The last 15 that i lost were the hardest to lose but I know they are going to be nothing compared to the next 15 i have to lose to get to my goal weight.
I do not know what happened to the photos but they got a little grainy or whatever you wanna call them but if you wanna see how I went from being 223 lbs at 5' 7 to 175 lbs at 5' 8 then follow the link
P.S this is my first time uploading before and afters so I tried but they are not great :P
Ciao Beauties :-)
