Thats so interesting, usually im energised after exercising but I was the same. I was utterly exhausted, the Muscle Structure doesnt look like much but it really fatigues you. She does warn about feeling like you have the flu for the first week so hopefully that feeling passes. Much Love xoxo

I based it on 30 minutes dance / aerobics for the cardio and Pilates for the muscle structure. Hope this helps Much Love xoxo

For me its eating things as close to its natural form as possible. Staying away from processed foods and minimising sugars, salts, chemicals and preservatives not naturally occurring within food. I love the idea of having a goal pose for 2013 but as my focus for 2013 is to develop consistent lifestyle changes I think I will follow your lead and really focus on committing to consistently making Ashtanga primary series part of my daily routine and developing in that too :-) Much Love xoxo
