This is certainly polarising people. I thought I'd put my experience of this diet in, tried it over 10 years ago, lost about 6ibs of water, gained back plus afew pounds within 6 weeks. Also the soup really was disgusting. I eat homemade veggie soups all the time that are delicious!!! this is not one of them!

I do cook from scratch a lot, but sadly not always, I find it hard working long shifts and being organised. I've built a fair few healthy lowish calorie recipes. I love browsing bbc good food and other sites, your welcome to check out my recipes.

Hi, I find taking magnesium and chromium picolinate supplements helps control my sugar cravings.

oh by the way check out my quinoa and feta salad, really easy to make and yummy. I use sheeps feta.
