I can now fit back into uk size 12 jeans yay! At my biggest point I was in size 18 so will be taking them to a charity shop.

Also try keeping busy, to distract from the hunger pangs! They come in waves!

I'm in. Based in the uk so will be behind time wise by a few hours. I've been trying 5:2 fasting. My fast day is Wednesday. I don't do a complete fast but have approx 500 calories over 24 hrs. If you're doing this approach men can have 600 cal's. One thing I've found that helps is to start the day with 4 big glasses of…

Hello there guys. I'm wanting to try the intermittent fasting I don't fully understand the 19/5 or 16/8 numbers. I'd appreciate any guidance. Thanks

I applaud you. All the effort and tough days are so worth it. You'll feel fantastic. Keep going.x

I'm more accepting of myself as I get older! I've mainly exercised with rpm/spinning and body pump and generally eating clean with the odd blip.

shadow2soul thank you

Really noticeable difference. Well done you!

If you're in the Uk, Marks and spencer high impact bras are great. I go down a cup size to ensure max support!

Just to clarify I use the word lie metaphorically here not literally; clearly gravity and physical changes are very real. I was pointing out that scales are not accurate.
-
Oooh that sounds stressful. Don't worry about the 5lbs the scales lie.....after a long weekend away and eating out the whole time the scales told me I'd put on 6lbs this week I've eaten better and levelled out the scales tell me I'm 8lb lighter! I know I've not lost 8lbs so the higher reading must have been false. None of…

Also strangely in spite of having way less calories I did not feel hungry.
