  • I began meal prepping last night, and today I took my lunch with me!
  • Chips and crackers, they were (and regretfully still are, but hidden in an undisclosed area of my apartment were I cannot devour them.) Especially the lay's sour cream and onion, and there cheddar cheese and sour cream. Oh and Takis...and and Flaming hot Cheetos! There my worst diet enemy.
  • Soda. Especially Mountain Dew. Don't even get me started on what I found is in that stuff. It's the stuff of nightmares and for years I drank 3-5 of them a day along with fast food thinking it wouldn't do anything. I don't drink soda at all anymore. :) or eat at fast food chains.
