I had this happen when I decreased my caffeine and sugar intake. You go through a sort of withdrawal. The one thing that helped me the most was protein. Getting that protein the am was really helpful.

If you really want to eat a cheat food, then look at how much you have to work to get those calories burned before you eat it. If you can't put in the time, then don't do the cheat crime! Lol. You have to stay dedicated to your goal, if you really want to change then you will!

I would suggest getting a second opinion from a dietitian. Its really hard to get all the nutrients your body needs in so few calories.

Maybe for a younger not fully grown woman. But once you have curves, it's kind of unrealistic. Maybe for women who have a straighter body type. And you would have to work really hard to keep that up.

I have had the same issue. It's usually because I am depressed. Food can effect your serotonin levels and make you feel temporarily happy( like a drug). Confidence is key. If you feel good in them then go for it! Personally, I can't wear them. I always end up in capris or skirts.
