Hi I'm Amanda, I am over halfway to goal (weightloss to when I'm comfortable). I do cardio and weight training/lifting. Leg day is my favorite day. Tacos and waffles are my favorite cheats foods. Halfway to goal!
I've lost 40 lbs and I'm halfway to my goal of 80 lbs! Looking to find others to co- support good eating and exercise habits. I currently work out 4-5 days a week and eat a 1500 calorie based diet similar to the old South Beach diet. Also looking for women to connect with to weight lift for weight loss!!!
