Just started today. Are there any tutorials to show you, very very slowly, how to do each move? I'm terrible at learning moves when they're going so fast!

I started 30DS on 3 May and have been doing about 4-5 days of it each week and hoping to increase it to 6 days a week soon. I'm on Level 1 Day 8 today. No results so far (same weight, same measurements).

If you have cans of diet soda or veggies in the house, use them instead of the 4 lb weights until your arms get stronger. Good luck overcoming your plateau! (I've hit one, too...) :)

Hi, I'm Lilly! I'm desperately trying to lose the last 20 lbs and tone up, but the scale and my measurements haven't budged in about three months. Push ups are the worst for me with my weak scrawny arms, followed by the lateral lift part of the side lunges (weak arms again), and ending with the final set of jumping jacks which just kill my back! Otherwise, I'm enjoying the workout! (Wish I was seeing results, though..)

Hello everyone! I just started 30DS for the first time. I'm on Day 6 of Level 1 and I haven't seen any results yet - same weight, same measurements, very frustrated! :( I can do 99% of the circuit all the way through (push-ups kill me but that's about it) with my heart rate up very high.
