  • I also belong to Golds Gym. I pay 32 after taxes. They have everything and yes they dont feed or change diapers. Which is fine by me!! Over 6 months they watch for 2 hours. Classes are also free. You can check into Anytime fitness and go late at night. They are 24 hours and all over the country too.

  • Chest strap is a must. I also suggest one that you can change the battery too.

  • I would say lvl 1 is easier but it also does work different muscles. So I would keep doing it because lvl 2 is alot harder.
  • I got a Sigma p9 Women's. I really like it and it was $60 on amazon. I wanted a women's one since I have very small wrist. Does everything and the chest strap is comfortable.
  • i use either ground Turkey or Ground Chicken. nice to change it up. Tonight I am making tator tot hotdish with ground turkey.
  • I take a multi vitamin for an active metabolism in the morning with my breakfast. Its just up & up brand from Target. I also take whey protean within an hour of working out at the gym. I dont do that when i workout at home no reason.

  • I agree Jillian Michael 30 day shred! Its circuit training. Goes so fast you will be surprised! lvl 2 was an awesome workout. Going to try lvl 3 today. Very worth it.

  • I was thinking about trying out a bootcamp class at my gym. I really like my gym because it has free daycare for 2 hours a day. I do really the circuit training. Changes everything up and makes it go quick! Thanks for the idea!
