  • As much as cottage cheese seems high in sodium I use it as Salad dressing mixed with spices. 1/4 cup cottage cheese as 225 sodium. That would be 56mg of sodium per Tbls. there is no salt ones but i am yet to find them. Also if you take the cottage cheese and throw it in the food processor or blender it will make it liquid.

  • I love walking on the treadmill doing intervals. I do like 3.8 and 9 incline for like 4 minutes then a short 1 minute jog at like 5.2 at 2 incline. My butt sure has changed from that. Also if you really want to tone your legs add some squats and lunges. Those work a ton of muscles.
