Omg you are sooo right, look at food labels really pays off. after awhile you will get the hang of it, my hubby got annoyed with me for awhile but now he understands. Like now I know to buy frozen rice instead of out of the box because no sodium. And I know market pantry cheese is lower sodium.

Eating clean I dont really ever want to go out to eat. I can make stuff taste better and for way cheaper. Plus when I was on my 4th of july vacation and I had a ton of junk food it made me sick. My body loves eating healthy! I dont crave salt or soda!

Oh and yes hiit training is AWESOMe, but strength training is WAY more important and burns soooooooooooooo many more calories then you would think and it doesnt really feel like work. I do only strength training at the gym and cardio on off days like riding my bike.

I hot a small plateau a few months ago and learned that every like 3 months you should have a week off, where you eat at maintenance and dont workout. It will help with you metabolism. I have had a kidney stone and was in the hospital for it. I only have 1 scoop of whey protein after my worksouts. But i thought I would add that kidney stones are more caused from drinking soda which leeks calcium out and to much sodium! that was the cause of mine!

With summer and every weekend being parties of all types its harder to not have a drink. I try to stick with Saturdays I have 1 or 2. But no more then that and I become sober cab. I like bud select tried it this weekend. And I think with a lime it would be amazing!

I find if I drink water from a cup I dont drink as much but If I drink it from a water bottle with a straw all day long I can drink 12 cups no problem. To help with bloating you want to increase your potassium. Eat a banana, add spinach to your salad, green grapes are also a good source. And yes cut back your sodium you want to be between 1500-2300 on normal days. So during TOM stay closer to 1500.

I go to Golds Gym and I love it. Been there for years. they have classes a pool and daycare. Its really really cheap too. I know the one I go to is open until midnight so check there website to see what the hours are in your area.

There is no magic number. I get Kidney stones from sodium. So there is many reason's to have less sodium! I do suggest to add it to your diary and stay around 1500. Its hard I know! If you buy stuff that doesnt have hormones add for meat it usually has very very little sodium!
