  • Last time I went I had the Turkey burger and sweet potato fries. Sad to say the turkey burger was terrible. NOTHING on it. no cheese even.

  • Oh yeah I guess i have noticed that if I sit down with my HRM on it will go off. I really really doubt I lost muscle mass. I lost a TON of inches. I did lose some water weight I know that. I really cut my sodium down. I know had to because I had kidney stones (which is part genetic my dad gets them ALOT)

  • yeah I am thinking its to high. And somedays I do more of a workout and then the next day I do less. I guess I just need to come up with a new plan. i do drink plenty of water 12-15 cups a day with a splash of lemon.

  • I use EAS Whey protein Vanilla. I buy it at Target for $21 for 2lbs. I use to blend it with chocolate milk and i use to think of it as a marshmallow.   • I reset my calories after i do my warm up on the elliptical. But I hit start soon as I hit the first machine until I am done with all my strength training, then i reset it again and do my treadmill workout. I like to keep track of calories for each to see how I am doing. But I dont rest much between sets so why pause it.

  • I eat the Strawberry every morning! i buy a big container and only eat 4oz at a time instead of 6oz. Its thicker then other yogurts imo but i like it sooo much more!
