I trust my HRM. I make sure to wet the connector everytime and have it on tight. I did day 2 today and it was alot better then yesterday. I think after knowing the moves I am more confident! I still cant do the ab hold. I seem to be using my arms to much or maybe i should be. I am still going to do just 1 week of each workout then restart it. It seemed to work best for me with the shred.

I just did Day 1 of lvl 3. Wow it was killer! I burned most of the calories just in the first circuit. The ducky walks were the worst. I know I will be doing this dvd again for another 30 days after like I did the shred!

Well I finished lvl 2 today. My shoulders just kill threw the planks the the push ups. But I know I seen progress. I weight myself in the morning after I pee and naked. Its the best time to weight yourself. I have weighted myself after breakfast just to see what happens. Not that I cared what it said. I agree with you sooooooooooooo much. Ever since I started to workout and realize how much my endurance has gone up I am just glad I am getting more fit! I dont get tired out like I use to.

I think its best to do a week of each lvl. Helps you build muscles in the right spots. If its to easy probably need bigger weights. I use 5lbs and 8lbs depending on what it is. I have 10's too if needed.

I started to lose my baby weight in January. My son just turned a year. I would say check out the 30 day shred and do 2-3 days of additional cardio. You cant spot reduce :( But it will come off just have to work hard! Took me 14 weeks to go from 157 to 135.

I use EAS whey protein 1g of sugar 23g of protein. I blend it with silk coconut milk (use to use chocolate milk) 1 cup 9g sugar. Not sure if that helps you.

I have had the best luck with lvl 3 of 30 day shred. each week I lost and 1/2 to an inch off my thighs. Doing sumo jumps and pleat hops I think it what did it!

When I had my tonsils out I had lots of ice cream. But I also had mashed potatoes but kinda cold because anything hot burned going down. I would suggest whey protein! i drink some after I workout with chocolate milk. Could also make mashed cauliflower.

Get some Boca burgers, They are great. Kahi waffles or even Kashi pizza! Pick up 100% whole wheat bread. Raw almonds. Oh and something I like to pick up is simply potatoes. I love greek yogurt too!!!

I am in the same boat but it will go down. I do my measurements every week and around the belly button it barley changes but I have increased my cardio and this week I lost 1/2 inch. Just have to keep working out and keep doing cardio!

I did the shred twice threw great dvd for starters! and 27 minutes total I also have done banish fat boost metabolism great for cardio, to go along with that also did no more trouble zone. they are both 50 minutes so requires more time. I did 6 week 6 pack and its ok but I will probably do that when I dont need to lose…

I also just use the regular. Well I use light ranch but I put it on the side and just dip my fork. always get the taste and sometimes I dont even use 2 Tbsp.
