Hello. BFing mom for a year now. I've lost 63lbs from my pregnancy weight gain and am 6lbs lighter than my pre-pregnacy weight. I added 500 calories to my recommended caloric intake from MFP and have used my jogging stroller almost 5 days a week to keep moving. My milk supply is plentiful, my baby boy is flourishing, and…

Hey Girl, I've been there and done that as well. At my heaviest I was 265lbs and that's when I actually weighed myself... lord knows I was probably 300lb plus prior. At my lowest I was 130lbs. I'm an emotional eater and get pretty darn lazy when I want to be. I had gained back 50lbs prior to meeting my husband in 2010 and…

Using exercise as a coping skill not food. I'm in my head way to much... So I defeat my conquest before I even start and I use others preceived opinions of myself as a basis to my emotional eating. Once I realized that I used food to cowere away from my fears of rejection and acceptance I was freed.

As long as your eating healthy amounts and exercising at levels that you feel comfy in you're good to go. The mind aspect of extreme weightloss may or may not catch up to you but luckily you've found MFP with support here. I'd be concerned if you were still losing 5 or more a week. You're body needs time to heal and…

Picture on Left: 217lbs Current: 170lbs I'm 5'4 At one point I've been 265lbs in my teens and I have lost weight before and been 130lbs. After a realization of my idociracies and loving my nerdness I decided to try to get to 150lbs. I'm only 20lbs away.

You're right it is TMI BUT if I haven't poohed in the morning yet I wont weigh myself

I also agree with everyone that the scale could be broken. That being said the only time I have every had a jump and decrease like that is when I was at a really dark time in my life and I use to binge and purge (eating a crazy amount of food and then puking it out or at least attempting to get it all out). With that said…

Hi Everyone, I'm a first time mom of a 10 month old little boy. I love him to death but I can't tell if it's because I'm lazy/unmotivated to find time to workout. I have a few lbs to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight an almost 30 to go to reach my goal. I work full-time and go to school full-time. My schedule is pretty…

Ah it's so good to see others T25 as well. I've always just kept to myself during this weight loss journey and it hasn't been working. I hope to keep in touch with you all.

I'm in the same boat. Signed up and never did anything with it. I did end up losing 51lbs since I've signed up but I know I need some motivated and "emotional support" when I hit that wall. Add me!
