Hi I would like to lose over 50 pounds. My goal is to lose ten to 20 pounds over the summer. It helps so much tracking the food and understanding the calories. I'm pre-diabetic so I must improve my health I eating by the canadian food guide. it would be great if we could encourage each other! Leona
