I have stopped counting too. I am still losing, but at a slower pace, which is fine. I don't have that far to go anyway and I feel so much better eating a bit more. My goal was to stop counting and just maintain for a while, so continuing to lose was a nice bonus.

Keep yourself well hydrated and weigh yourself in the morning- naked. The weight of your clothes will vary. You need to stay well hydrated so that you don't retain water weight. And always use the same scale. Works well for me.

I assume you mean a belly ring. I got one when I was 17 and 105 lbs. The hole is still there but I stopped wearing a ring when I gained weight. I might put one back in once I slim up to my goal weight but it was terrible annoying how it would catch on things.

Exactly! Plus my fear is they will do more harm to the body than good.

I also found similar to be true, but I still weigh myself daily. I use the bathroom and immediately use the scale (in the nude so that clothes don't make it inaccurate) and take note of my weight daily. I find this works well for me.

You don't look out of proportion to me at all. You look great. As you lose more weight it will come from various areas. Honestly, I think it's probably the style of jeans you are trying to fit into. If your body is not a stick, skinny jeans need to have some stretch.

I try not to eat mine back. If I am really hungry and need to I will eat some back but not all.

My goal was to lose 44lbs. I have now lost 17. My highest weight was 172 and I was 115 as a senior in high school. I am now 25 and just want to feel attractive again.

I enjoy McDonald's food. I also know that if I cut out things I enjoy entirely, my weight loss will end in failure. I am sure it isn't the best food in the world to eat but it's nice to have a 6 pc. chicken nugget Mighty Kids Meal from time to time.

Thanks.

I refuse to switch to diet pop for the same reason. I have also heard that those artificial sweeteners cause memory issues. Who knows if its true or not, but I drink the mini cans of Dr. Pepper and Mountain Dew. I only allow myself one per day though.

Usually zero. I like to feel somewhat full so I save my calories for lunch and supper. Lunch- about 500 100 for a mini Dr. Pepper and 600 for supper. Total of 1200

I think the doctors needed him to lose some weight first so that the surgery was less dangerous for him. That's not their fault. As far as his wife goes I don't think she is to blame. Ricky chose to eat. An intervention should have taken place long before 900 lbs.

YOU GO GIRL!!! You look great!

Whatever it takes to motivate you! I don't think that's vain or petty. She was hurtful so prove her wrong! My motivation is that I am 25, I should look my absolute best right now! (and I have plans to take boudoir pics before I am fat AND old! They are as much for me as for my hubby!)

No one really has yet. I am at 12lbs lost. I wish I was like more of you and would lose in the face. If I have I haven't noticed it yet!
