  • You never know what the proper calories are for people. I happen to be very short, so my calories are set at 1400 currently, who knows that may change but because of my height thats a proper amount for me to eat and I don't feel hungry.   • In the beginning you'll lose weight quickly, but as you continue you won't be seeing results as fast so sometimes you sort of have to play it by ear. If you start gaining weight (without substantial muscle gain) then yeah I would lower your calories, but keep the faith and be patient (which sucks I know!!)
