  • I did count calories but I never did like ultra low calorie. I’ve never gone under 2000 per day. With exercise I started by walking, then added in different things as I felt lighter and stronger etc. but I tried to move as much as I could. When I say consistency I mean that whenever I fell off, I jumped right back into my…
  • I appreciate all the support from everyone! I’m proud of what I’ve done so far and I hope I can inspire some of you guys out there as well ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
  • Whole Foods plant based vegan diet 😊 you can look at my dairy anytime!
  • About 100 pounds
  • It took around a year. I lift heavy weights
  • I wonder why they changed it? Hug seems like a weird reaction to me haha I’d much prefer to react with awesome to peoples posts. Oh well.
  • I’m 5’2 and I’ve already lost 100lbs roughly. My goal is 125lbs or 20 percent body fat whichever comes first haha
  • I remember when I crossed this line as well! I felt amazing because my weight was finally in a healthy range. As someone who was morbidly obese for my entire life this was a huge accomplishment for me! Congrats! I hope you feel absolutely incredible after this achievement!
  • I always told myself that it’s all I had to do to e successful. I feel like people overthink weight loss or feel like if they’re Journey isn’t flawless then they should give up. But you just gotta start again! 😊❤️
  • They often don’t! I actually live in Japan so when I visit America once a year I have family and friends introduce themselves to me 😆
  • Oh I suppose I should add. I’m a size 0-2 now in most brands and clothing items. 😊
  • That’s very true! Often one mistake feels like you should just give up but that’s never the answer! I need to mentally accept that my body will fluctuate and I have to trust that if I live a healthy lifestyle I can always bounce back! 😊
  • Consistency will always yield results! and my year was far from perfect I actually had a back injury and surgery in 2018 so it’s really all about making sure you never give up even in times when giving up would be easy! Easier said than done I know
  • Diet and exercise. Let’s all be honest there’s no real secret to weight loss it’s just about being consistent. I lift heavy and eat a Whole Foods plant based diet myself. But I’ve seen people make a lot of progress doing a lot of different things. Just gotta find what you can stick with!
  • Thank you! They’re slowly coming back in post vacation! I couldn’t believe how quickly they started to reappear 😊
  • Anyone can add if they want! My diary is always open and I try to be as honest as possible about setbacks or whatever is going on 😊 It’s a long journey! Come along with me ❤️
  • I eat a Whole Foods plant based vegan diet and lift as heavy as I can 4 days per week! Gaining muscle has made all the difference in my journey!
  • Yes I have been the fat American in Japan and it’s not a great time. Especially since the Japanese are not shy about saying things that are rude in our culture. But it is that much sweeter when a Japanese person says they think I’m very skinny because I know their standards are high haha
  • 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much! I love how supportive people can be here of total strangers! We rise together! We don’t have to bring others down! ❤️
  • @steveko89 I definitely went on my own journey to build back some muscle after weight loss in preparation for this character since she’s quite bootylicious haha. That’s probably the best feeling ever to have people expect a fake muscle suit only to find out you’re all natural! 😝
  • I live in Japan so I’ve felt the struggle of looking like a potato in a kimono. They want everything on the body very flat in a kimono haha You got this! If I can go from obese to walking around Tokyo half naked and feeling myself I believe ANYTHING is possible!!
  • As someone who was obese trust me when I say I’ve been called “too fat” my entire life. With “too fat” being the kindest words. I suppose I can’t say what the difference between modern size zero and size zero in the older days I’m sure it’s very different! I’m not sure I’d say it’s less painful or more painful either way.…
  • No offense but what an *kitten*! I cannot understand how people don’t support those they love prolonging their life through a healthy lifestyle like why? My boyfriend is on board for anything I do pretty much. I remember when I first started heavy lifting my mom made a comment like “oh don’t try to get big muscles because…
  • 130lb weight loss is incredible! I can’t understand how people aren’t like automatically impressed! I hope you’re super proud of yourself! You’re crazy inspiring!!
  • Autocorrect on my name? Haha Basically I fasted 16:8 style which is the most popular style I think. It’s sort of trained my body to not feel hungry in the morning anymore as I’ve adjusted to it. I don’t start feeling any hunger until around 1-2pm! I’ve also found that food actually makes me full because I eat bigger…
  • I’ve lost nearly 100lbs! Let me be the first to tell you ITS POSSIBLE but it requires consistency! Feel free to add me if you want to. I post as much as I can! Here to support
  • You look UNBELIEVABLE! If I can get ANYWHERE near this I’ll be so overjoyed! You should be proud of yourself. I get the mental struggle. I have a fair bit of body dysmorphia too since losing almost 100lbs! It’s weird and very difficult but I have no doubts our brains will catch up to our bodies eventually!
  • The only friends I’ve lost are people who had me as their “gay friend” not their actual friend. Once they saw me as their equal they didn’t want to be around me anymore. Or once my lifestyle became proof for them that their weight loss failures were their own issue. They can GTFO honestly. I don’t have time for that
  • I think that is a huge portion of it. People realizing they could do more but don’t and I’m a reminder to them of that. I post about my weight loss and stuff though so show people IT CAN BE DONE! I want people to feel inspired and motivated so I suppose I have to accept the negativity that comes with that 🤷‍♀️
  • Thank you! My goals definitely were to look strong not skinny! I’m so excited to build more muscle and start getting comments that now I’m too big haha
