I weighted in at 160 when I started now I’m at 1333-135lbs. I just want to fit my clothes and feel like breathing is something you do have to feel happening 💕1 -
Hi I feel quite ashamed reading your weights.. I am 5 foot 2 inch, was 253lb ( sept 18) currently 229lb. My first goal is 190 as that is what i need to be to have my knee replacement approved! once recovered from that and pain free! my goal is 140 ( i was 145 when i got married and fitted in a size 10 dress ) if i go less than 140 i look skeletal but in order to be a 'bmi healthy weight' i need to get down to 133!! so i suppose that is my ultimate goal. I have quite a few medical problems ( autoimmune diseases/hashimoto thyroid disease ) so losing weight is very hard and keeping it off even harder if i dont exercise - so i am in catch 22 with my knee as it has been for 3 years now with injections every 4 months to try and ease the pain - some days i do wonder if it is all worth it8

I’m 5’2 and I’ve already lost 100lbs roughly.
My goal is 125lbs or 20 percent body fat whichever comes first haha5 -
I’m 5’3 and around 145lb(started at around 170 a few months ago). I’d ideally love to be around 120-130 with a more toned physique!2

5'1 (nearly). started around April/May 2018 at 176 and now at around 117.
my original goal was 135 but i sorta flew by that. current goal is 115 (2lbs to go!) then work on finding maintenance for awhile. i am finding it very hard to stop the weight loss mind frame (it's highly motivating) and have said repeatedly "must find maintenance and take a break" (at like 125 and 120).
I should work more on toning/muscles but have been battling a number of injuries in the last 6 months preventing me from getting very far down that road (even Yoga is creating issues). And I am dying to get back into running (but this seems farther and farther way now...)4 -
Shorty here! 5'1" current weight is 150... looking for my first goal of 135...

4'11", 108 pounds, would like to be 98-100. I know it's not a lot to lose, but I have a chronic illness that makes it difficult to exercise as much as I'd like. I felt the healthiest when I weighted 98, and because I'm so short the extra weight I've gained is definitely noticeable on me (especially my face)!1

5' foot even, 115 pounds but goal is 108. Started at 124 in January, was 135 in 2015. We can do this!4

I’m 5’2” and 56 years old. Started a week and a half ago at 181 my highest weight ever. Lost 2 pounds last week. I have fibromyalgia and back issues which makes it hard to exercise a lot. I would like to be about 130. I would just like to feel good about myself again.2

Hello, I am 5'1 and currenlty 178 but i seem to keep fluctuating between 178 and 180. My GW is 135 to 140 but i would even be happy to just get to 165 right now and go from there. Always looking for more support friends on here.4

I am 5'1. I am currently at 118, goal is 103. I am 50 years old...and so....my 118 isn't what it used to be when I was in my 20s or 30s. I have a high percentage of fat......been trying to lose this weight for A LONG time.2

Hi everyone.....I would like to join the "short club".....I am 5'2" & started 14 months ago (again) at 210 lbs. Currently I am 158 lbs with a loss of 52lbs! Dead chuffed with myself but I have hit a plateau for the last 2 months. Time to step up my game me thinks!! Friends are always welcome....regardless of height, shape, size etc.....😀3

Hi ladies! I’m 5’1” CW: 129 my goal 120-125. I’ve noticed if i go over 130 my lower back takes a toll so trying to stay within my height weight to avoid lower back injuries. Good luck everyone.

I’m 5’1’”, 48 YO. Highest weight (2 years ago) was 260+, current weight, 179. Goal weight, 130, though I’m sure there will be adjustment once I reach that weight. I started IF 6 1/2 months ago, and have lost 60 lbs from my weight at that time, which was 239.
Top photo take 9/3/18, 4 days after starting IF, bottom taken this past weekend. I was trying that skirt and top outfit on, just to see if I could button it, and I can! I still need to lose probably 10lbs before I can fit it properly, but I was very happy nonetheless! I bought that outfit over 20 years ago when my kids were babies, and we were in Mexico visiting my husbands family. I never was able to wear it, but I think that will change very soon 😊
