I don't have Safeway's down here, but that looks delish! Love almost anything praline. LOL

I hate to tell you this, but it may not just be a battery issue. A friend of mine on here (and she may chime in) had a scale doing the same and it was something wrong with the actual scale inside. Something to do with it got jarred (dropped or something) and it caused the sensor to not work correctly and read wildly like…

BTW, going into Day 9 now (for me, not sure of the 'official' count) and I'm down another 2lbs. I find this especially amusing because a 'friend' of mine said I could never be 'fit' and 'healthy' eating this way. My bike time has improved, not sure on lifting since I literally twisted my hips and had to take some…

I can't believe no one has commented on freakin' White Chocolate Nutella ice cream! OM NOM NOM NOM!

I'm not a fan. At all. It was the one gelato from Talenti that I just couldn't get through. The coffee and chocolate chip wasn't a fave at first which shocked me because HELLO? COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE! But once I got use to it and used it with other ice creams and desserts, I loved it. But not the Fudge Brownie. I just hated…

1) Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato. 2) Chocolate mini muffins with a big cup of coffee. YUM 3) Talenti Sea Salt Caramel. 4) Skinny Cow Limited Edition Snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich 5) Talenti Southern Butter Pecan Gelato (still super love this one!) 6) Single serve angel food cake bundt with cherry sauce and then 1…

Go to a professional store like Dillard's or Maiden Form or even Frederick's of Hollywood or VS... they will tell you its called a 'sister' bra. When I went in when I was heavier, VS SWORE I measured a 40C, but NONE of them fit. The cup cut in and pinched. She then said hmmm... maybe you need the sister. I said, WHAT? She…

Scale or buy single servings. Or a pint. But I do what the others mentioned. It's cheap and fast.

Just to clarify here, are you saying she should quit trying to eat so low and just losing and focus on eating more and lifting heavy because at 130, recomp could be better than just diet alone? At least, that's what I got from the previous posts. Not that she is currently gaining now. It would be difficult to do that at…

1 to 2lbs of weight lost a week is great! It is also what's recommended because most people who lose that way have the best short and long term results (like maintenance and skin). This isn't 'The Biggest Loser' so you aren't going to have those dramatized HUGE losses. Those just aren't real! And it's why the majority of…

You don't need a buffer. Unless you are eating 500 over your TDEE, you aren't going to gain something massive. But at this point, you want to fill out and gain muscle because your weight is already good for your height. Search recomposition on here or even on Google to see what you can do. Weight isn't the end all be all…

NO.

I would say the issue is that you said you are eating at a 'significant deficit'. Maybe what you should consider at this point is eating at maintenance or a couple of hundred or so over and hitting the weights. Something simple and basic like Stronglifts 5x5 would be good. AND, it's free. You can look up the info on here…

Why not make it at home? You can buy gnocchi now at most groceries and you could buy either plain pasta sauce and add your own cream or even buy a creamy one and then you would know exactly what you are getting. Or, have it and call it a treat night guessing as best you can off of the store brands on what you are getting.

I guess I'm in the middle of the norm on here, then. What I did was every two sizes. When I started, my 18's were tight so when I first was losing I got those to fit. Then I skipped 16's and but I had some 14's from years ago. Just not many. So, I didn't buy much when I first lost other than things to 'get me through'.…

No DQ's here -- SO JEALOUS!!!!!!!! :brokenheart: :ohwell:

To me, the Southern Butter pecan is like eating a buttery roll with a sweet glaze and nuts but cold. I'm a big buttery flavor girl. And this being gelato is perfect for me! It could be overly sweet if you aren't use to sweeter desserts (like if you prefer super dark chocolate to milk for example). But for me, it was heaven…

1) Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato. 2) Chocolate mini muffins with a big cup of coffee. YUM 3) Talenti Sea Salt Caramel. 4) Skinny Cow Limited Edition Snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich. I'm not a Skinny Cow fan typically. Usually if I'm going to have dessert, I'm going to make it worth my time! With that said, it said…

WANT!

You know... I LOVE anything lemon or ginger. But I actually prefer limes for drinks. I have no idea why... did you say margarita? No? Just me? Ok....

1) Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato. 2) Chocolate mini muffins with a big cup of coffee. YUM 3) Talenti Sea Salt Caramel. Once again, I have the sadz... I finished up my ice cream cleanse! And truthfully, I'm a bit nervous about moving on. I lost so great eating the ice cream and I'm not sure WHY. But I did. But here I am…

Well, your profile is private so we can't see a lot of info. But I'm guessing that at 5'5'' and currently 140lbs., you have NO reason to need to lose 20lbs. What you need is to recomp. Recomposition will make you look tighter, be smaller, but your weight will stay the same or maybe go up a bit. I'm thinking that is why the…

Just going to tie up my ice cream AND start this challenge at the same time. I'm no quitter! HA HA HA! 1) Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato.

WANT. WANT BAD. I make snickerdoodles from scratch a lot -- it's my holiday thing. My neighbors/family beg for them. I tell them it isn't hard at all... but then they say theirs are hard as rocks, don't have that crisp and then that melty middle. I'm not sure what I do... that's just how they are! LOL But I've never done…

I like tea with Nectresse. I think that is the spelling. It's made from monk fruit. I pretty much ignore the people who say don't use fake sweeteners or 'processed' stuff. I think they are overly worried about everything. Unless you live out in the middle of no where and grow your own food and hunt and all of that, then…

Honestly, that sounds good to me. I'm much shorter than you and I eat 1600 to 1800 and I don't eat back activity, either. With my BMR at 1585, I set my goal at 1600 with a good cushion. I've gone way over more the last few days and I am sure I will pay on the scale. But I'm thinking that a goal of 1800 may work better for…

For some strange reason, now I want oatmeal WITH peanut butter....

Unfortunately, the larger the size, the more pounds needed to move down. A size 20 is a plus size so you will need to lose much more than 10lbs. to move down. It could be as much as 25 depending on your body shape. All you can do is eat within your cals, move some, and give it time. Weight loss is NOT linear no matter how…
