That thing drives me nuts. I have actually been doing this for 6 weeks and have lost exactly 6 pounds to the ounce. Equally 1 pound per week. 1-2 pounds per week is the best way to go to keep it off and not lose water weight. Good luck!

I have been tracking this activity and calories for 4 weeks now. Friday and Saturday's are my worst too. I eat great during the days(eggs whites, veggies, whole wheat, hummus) but my night "drinks" put me about 300-400 calories over for the day. I guess it is okay to have a cheat day to get rid of cravings but my questions…
