I usually go with the bud select 55 or mgd 64 if I am wanting to drink beer. I have also recently discovered no cal margarita mix. Basically you are just drinking the calories of the tequila which isn't too bad

Good luck! I have definitely noticed that by counting calories it definitely helps to keep you accountable. I know for me personally I strive to hit my calorie goals each day and have only gone over once in the past month (stupid super bowl party). My girlfriend and I have been doing it for about a week now. It is amazing how simple moves can be challenging after doing them for 20 straight minutes. We have noticed that you start to feel better after you've done it for a couple days! Good luck!

The goal is to drink 8 glasses a day. You'd be floating if you drank half your body weight :)
