Feel free to add me too! I've been on and off for almost 3 years with a current streak of 92 days - because I have a vacation coming up ;). Whatever keeps us motivated, right?! It's super helpful to have positive feedback after logging for the day or exercising. Let's do it!

Just think of how good you will feel for having gone -- and how bad you will feel later if you didn't....the hardest part is getting there!

I'm back at it too and on my second week of 5 days a week at the gym. It feels great! I'm doing two bodypump classes a week and I used to be a cardio junkie also - because seeing all those calories burned was so satisfying!! But they say the calorie burn is longer after doing weights so let's do it!! My goal is to lose 13…

Still no change for me, bummed but know that I'm not doing enough exercise consistently with my work schedule. Ugh. Really need to work on a plan because I know it's not enough but have to schedule on weekends when I am going to workout during the week. Good luck ocrunner in your 1/2 -- you will rock it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mini goals for this week: 1. Do situps every day - no MATTER WHAT 2. Drink more water 3. Have water with dinner instead of wine. Limit to one glass while making dinner or after dinner (no more than 3 evenings this week). This ones tough!! :ohwell:

I'm sorry I never reported on Friday! :blushing: I did not end up doing much exercise because of my very busy work week and I didn't come up with a plan to fit it in basically because I felt so tired all week. Alas, I had a very good workout yesterday and today so I just have to deal with some weeks being better than…

Up 2 pounds this week - being out of town last weekend and getting a miserable cold is my excuse for not exercising but I could have paid more attention to what I was eating. Exercising and eating well always go hand in hand with me - if I'm not exercising, I seem to have a much harder time eating well. UGH!! I need to…

Good morning - Happy Friday (the 13th)! I lost 2 pounds from last week so I am feeling good about my progress. I feel like I am back in control and know that I need to stay vigilant about logging calories and getting exercise in. Have a great week!

Hello! :flowerforyou: Feel free to friend me if you want extra support! I am renewing my commitment to MFP this week because I've gained 10+ pounds since last May when I stopped logging. I am currently 5'6" and weigh 148.5 as of this morning. I have a very hard time staying under 140!! I got to my original goal weight of…

My starting weight today is 148.5. I am renewing my commitment to MFP because I know it works!!! I I have gained back 10+ pounds from last spring because I stopped logging my calories. This is huge for me because I have seen that if you balance the calories you take in from eating with exercise calories burned, you will…

Wow, sounds just like me! I'm back at it (again) today and really needing the support because I have been getting bored with logging my food and it makes a huge difference for me! Please friend me!::flowerforyou:

I like to do both but I have been doing a "tread and shed" class at the gym 2x a week that is great because we have to do sprint intervals, rolling hills, and sometimes just straight up on the incline. It is a great workout and pushes me harder than I would go on a treadmill myself or outside. To answer your question…

I'm glad I found this post because I feel the same way. Even though we don't have a lot of weight to lose, we are at the point where it is very hard to get any more off. I am athletic and work out hard about 5-6 times a week. I'm 5'6'' and am at 143 but want to get into the low 130's. It's painfully slow getting the weight…

Just saw the link to the official Challenge site - thanks! Challenge SW: 143.5 Today's (official weigh-in day) W: 143.5 I'm proud to say that I did not eat any Girl Scout cookies yesterday and it was so hard to watch (and smell) my boys chowing them down. I think this Challenge helped motivate me because I feel like I have…

I know what you mean - I fluctuate all week and then hope I am down on my official weigh-in day (Fridays). Next week, I am going to try NOT to weigh myself all week. It is nice though when I am down because it keeps me motivated - but when I am up, I'm totally frustrated!! Hang in there

Hi All! I am Keri and am excited about doing this also. It is my first challenge and is just the motivation I need to stick to getting to my goal. I have two boys (ages 7 and 10) and they are very active and big snackers so I tend to dig into their snacks a little too often. Plus, I telecommute from home so their snacks…

Hi, Just checking in since I didn't see any other postings. Did I not make it in to the top 10? I would love to participate if there is still room! :drinker:

Hello! I would love to participate in this also and am typing fast because 2 more people replied while I was distracted! :-) We are going on a trip to Palm Springs in April when my boys' (7 and 10yrs) are on spring break and then a summer vacation in June so I have two goals that I want to work toward and would love to…
