While it has a lot to do with what you eat, it also matters WHEN you eat. If you are eating pizza at say 9pm one night and then waking up at your normal 6am to weigh, your body likely hasn't had enough "down time" to recharge itself and burn all of the calories that you intook (intaked??) the day before.
