  • Try magnesium, mama. That usually helps with regular cramping. Can cause constipation, so play with the dosage as needed.
  • I don't, but i think a broth could help you. Sodium, potassium an magnesium might be getting washed out of your system because of drinking more water during your fast.

  • Unless you are very short your weekly cals are much to low. If you do LCD please make sure you have a doctor keeping an eye on your stats.
