Ziplock your own portions for sure..pre portioned would definatley be more processed and less good for you

You don't really burn cals doing ab work ..just strengthing muscles..you can log it but its hard to pin point and quantify

Muscle has less mass therefore takes up less space..think a one pound brick or a bag full of feathers

Muscle doesn't weigh more then fat..a lb of feathers is the same as a lb of bricks..easy now to visualize which one takes mor e space ..you might gain weight with strength training but your clothes will fit better and your body fat % will drop..which to me is the truest number of your health not your weight

So your cals are high for breastfeeding I take it? You still losing weight? You make some great choices just would need to substitute more protein ..like I think the weight watchers wheat wraps have five a piece..sometimes ill just get turkey from the deli and eat it plain...otherwise tuna..greek yogurt ..or blend your own…

Slight spike in calories but up your protein intake ..a high protein diet all e is beneficial to weight lose..do some googling to find out more..one gram of protein equals 4 cals..I try to take in almost 30% of my gals from protein..doesn't always happen but its a goal

Fine just watch what it is ..portion size and frequency ..a lot of placys have healthier options but I still wouldn't classify it as healthy

Energy levels is KEY ..since your at a small weight and just want to cut a small amount more..sit down look at what your doing and try to find where you might be able to squeeze that last bit from..kind of like trying to find 4 dollars on an already squeezed budget

Bad habits during the week even if small and trivial will lead to bad habits on the weekend even your cheat day options should still have healthier aspects and not be say white castle or KFC

What's your current weight? I would go heavy on cardio with some light weight work till the it starts to come off then balance out the two programs equally

Just took a peek at your diary..we all have cheat days but you still have some junk throughout the week there along with processed foods that are high in sodium. J wouldn't recommend dominoes pizzza even on a cheat day..that's like poison for all your hard work...stick to a local shop..either veggie..margherita or even…

Great job! Throughout the journey your always going to plateau so you need to change up your exercise Teutons and even some of the foods you like to eat..try to encorporate new healthy options and you'll be back to burning fat in no time

How much have you lost to date? Changes especially drastic changes to your caloric intake makes your body feel its starving and will slow your metablosim down to save that weight

Id expect bigger changes to your bank Acct then actual diet..moderation is fine but if its causeing you to miss work or miss working out cause your hungover then definateley cut back

They better!! Lol gained about twelve lbs over night from an appendectomy so going to go with a high tougher diet to restore the healthy cultures in my intestines and stomach..kefir is good but ive never had it..also heard of a product called vibrace which you can mix with anything ..I just might pick that up

He actually was gone today ..so I have to call him on Monday..probably gonna be about two weeks..but everhones body is different and general health going into the proccedure plays a big part

Ceasar salad no dressing with extra steak chicken or salmon depeanding on my mood..will sprinkle a dash of park cheese on it tho
