they nike+ is pretty much a pedometer as well..counts steps ..calories burned...its accuracy tends to be in question but as long as its not grossly off im ok with it. Just not sure if the bells and whistles of the other two products are worth it

those numbers are more guidlines then the actual rule...like you said quite frankly there very confusing as well. Great job at your work place to get people involved in that...going to be a shade over 3lbs lost a week to hit your goal but with a big change in your diet and some exercise thrown in im sure you can do it!

I would think what you choose to drink is just as important as how much and how often you drink. Socially should be fine but choose low calorie alternatives ..diet soda and tonic mixers.
