Don't worry about cholesterol from foods. Ditch the grains and sugar and watch your carbs. Eat avocado daily. It will absolutely normalize your cholesterol. Get some exercise after meals. It will help your blood sugar.....also cinnamon

Same here. I think it has to do with blood sugar dropping too fast . I agree with the person that suggested a protein shake after the workout. That can make a huge difference.
