Hang in there. I was scared to do level 2 but I find it easier than level 1 for me. The amount of cardio on level 1 about did me in. Their is more strength in level 2 so finding that easier. All depends on what your strength and weaknesses are I guess. I haven't peaked at level 3 yet but I have 7 more of level 2 so we will…

Ok I did a few extra days of Level 1 as the cardio is still giving me a lot of trouble. The rest got a lot easier! I finally decided to go onto Level 2 and LOVED it. Arms are going to hate me in the morning. Anyone else find L2 easier? I know this is a 30 day thing but mine is going to be a little longer. I am ok with that…

Finally finished my 10DL1 of the shred! Feels good after being gone on vacation. It is getting easier except the cardio part for me. Not sure why my lung capacity is so low but has always been like that since I was a kid. May have to get it checked out as my legs get weak due to lack of oxygen during that part! Don't laugh…

:smokin: I am done with D8L1 but am leaving on vacation tomorrow and won't be back till Sunday! will get lots of walking in but am afraid I will have to do level one again for a while after taking 4 day off from doing it. We will see. Taking my pedometer so I get 10,000 steps minimum. Not the same as getting my heart rate…

Finished D7L1 and loving it! It is still hard as heck but I love all the different muscles it works! I have a sinus infections (still) so the cardio is the hardest to get through. I am able to make it through the rest easier now however! Is there anyone else who is scared to even see level 2? I am! I am leaving on vacation…

Just finished my D5L1 and thanks to this wonderful sinus infection was my hardest day to make it through the cardio part! I am loving this workout though. I really feel like I accomplished something when I am done. I am doing another 40 or so minutes of various workouts besides this. Can't wait to see everyones results at…

Congrats! That is awesome. I am at 203 so getting close to! Really want to hit that before I go on vacation next week! Have to stay motivated while in Sin City! Keep up the good work.

Welcome! I started here in Jan after using another site as well but I really like this site and all the support I have found from others. Set small goals (monthly) and it will make the task seem much less daunting. I am the mom of 2 small boys and my husband works late so I can't do the gym thing right now! So we started a…

My suggestion is to still do the workout but do it with out the weights on those for a day! Or grab 2 cans of soup out of your kitchen as they are lighter. As for the pushups if you can't do them on the floor for a day do them against the wall! Still works those muscles but takes your weight off the joints and muscles for…

Ok everyone hope you are all surviving! Some parts are harder than heck and others I am surprising myself on! I have a group of myself and 4 other friends doing this with me a few days at work and I will continue to do the other days at home on my own. I am really liking this challenge. I can tell it is going to make me…

Ok I have to tell you after reading everyones posts I had to try it on Sunday before I do it in front of my friends group I work out with at work as I am the that talked them into working out 5 days a week and also taking this challenge with me. I almost died on sunday and we started today and some of it was easier but the…

That is amazing results! Are you just using this website or following another program and how much do you have to excercise! I am doing both and have lost 12 in 2 months and hope to say I have your results in 5 months. Way to go. You have done great. Be proud! Ronette

I am in for your challenge. I tried it today to see just how hard it is and I was completely drenched in sweat and huffing and puffing my way through it. Totally worth it. I won't lie it was hard as heck but felt so good when I got done. Going to be sore tomorrow but love when I can tell I did something the day before.…

This is NORMAL! If you doing the right amount of calories then check how much fat is in those calories! As for the motivation to work out I am wondering what you normally do. I always thought I had to go to a gym to get a good workout but now with 2 boys I have fallen in love with workout videos as they are great and fast.…

Hey I am here if you want to push each other. I have trouble as I am excercising and not sure how accurate the amount of calories I am burning is as I am doing excercise tapes! If you have any experience with that let me know and I would be glad to call you friend!

I just got mine a month ago and bought zumba and your shape fitness evolved and that is all you need! Personally didn't like the zumba. I can't dance I found out! I am liking the fitness one but have only had that one a week so will let ya know later on. Good luck with it. Have fun.

Thanks for the advice. I was just looking at my cloths and thinking as I go through this process I am going to need to find some cloths exactly like what you said. I am almost the same sizes as you from head to toe.

I am so in! I have a bunch of the videos and am looking for something just like this so I know what to do each day instead of me just picking a work out at random. I will be at the store in the morning to get it so I can get started. Have been working out for a month again now so anxious to see how I do on this challenge.…

Hey there I am a "curvy" teacher who needs the same kind of accountability! Let me know if I can help in any way on this journey!

Hello everyone, I am new to this site as I didn't like the one I was using and this one seems much easier to navigate. I started this journey to health with 22 of my coworkers 3 weeks ago. I have lost 6 lbs so far and want to lose a total of 40 lbs to reach my goal weight of 175 as I am 5'11. I am so proud of the group of…
