He said i should eat 1800 but that seems like so much food to me, I have been eating 1200 cal for a week now, and since its healthy food, I can eat 5 times a day and feel full.

I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, I try to go 5 times, should I bump up my calorie intake to 1400 on workout days, instead of 1200? I just started MFP last wednesday.

I am 5'2 and 162lbs, ive lost 7lbs by not drinking pop anymore and MFP says I should eat 1200 a day but my personal trainer says thats not enough if I want to lose 20lbs in 2 months ( or sooner) HELP! :) how much should I eat??
