I don't log in everyday either. I hadn't logged in for over a month and when I did log back in I weighed myself and found out I stayed exactly the same as the last time I logged in. So maybe you can keep your account but don't stay chained to it everyday.

I would stick with calories too. I've lost 11 pounds since I've statred counting calories. Best of luck to you and on myfitnesspal there is always lots of support behind you. :smile:

I think a free day is okay to do. I took a free day on Easter and I've kept on track since then. I think it's a nice reward to yourself to take a free day once in a while. :drinker:

The first week I started I was hungry too. It gets better as you go along. I'm starting week 6 and have lost 3 lbs - hang in there!

I knew I would blow it yesterday so I used it as a skip day. I went a little over my goal today but I think I'm still on the right track. :smile:
