Eating fats makes you fat. False. I believe olive oil and fish oil are excellent. I enjoy nuts as well.

I agree that fruits are good carbs. It's just best to remember that too much of a good thing is never good. Think balance and moderation.Only monkeys survive well on so many bananas.

It's really important to care about your sugar intake. Otherwise you're playing with your blood sugar levels which can lead to diabetes or worse. Pretty dangerous!!!

Sugar is an addictive stimulant drug . It should be avoided. Use sugar substitutes in moderation. Honey, cinnamon,and fruits are much healthier sweet choices.
