My husband & I eat basically the same stuff, but he loves macaroni & cheese...So I have started dividing the box into 3 servings and only cooking 1/3 of it at a time. This way there is only enough for him (minus a bite or two if I'm weak).

I had a black lab named Lexi. I fostered a hunting dog we renamed Mooch, because she was such a love mooch. Give her a few days to show you her personality, maybe something will come to you.

I like the Leslie Sansone dvd's. She won't make you feel uncoordinated and you can make it high or low intensity.

Do whatever you want...whether that is working out in the morning, or at night, whatever. Clearly there are differing opinions, so that probably means there is no one right way.

Your calorie goal should be just that, a goal. It's not good to be 800 calories under your goal on a daily basis.

I wouldn't worry about being slightly under 1200 calories if it's just occasionally, but I wouldn't make a habit of it. I would definitely eat back exercise calories if I was only getting 1200 calories per day.

My weight loss stalled for 7 weeks...I upped my calories (120 more per day) and started losing again.

I see a big difference! I would've guessed more than 25 pounds! Some people are uncomfortable discussing weight. Maybe if you brought it up, the flood gates would open...but YOU know you've done well, and WE know it, too!

Sure, you can lose weight by eating them! Instead of looking at the calorie count, I look at the sodium content and try to get the ones with the lowest amount. In all actuality, a meal of a turkey or ham sandwich & 1/2 cup cottage cheese is going to have alot more sodium than one of those meals.

I only measure every 60 days, but yes, measurements are decreasing each time.

Look on the bright side, you caught yourself at 15 lbs & not 30 or 40! You're on the right track, you're here! Good luck to you.

I have been doing Stronglifts for 3 1/2 months & have been in a deficit the whole time. While I may not have GAINED muscle, I can tell you, I sure do FEEL and SEE muscle that I never noticed before! My weight loss has slowed way down since I started lifting, so don't get discouraged if that happens to you, too. I still do…

You will give a poor impression to the dad, as well as your date, if you don't walk to the door. As for the flowers, you could send her some after the date, if it was good. If you do take flowers, take them to the door so she can put them in water. As for the type of flower, definitely no roses. I personally like painted…

Staples in my lunch bag are: Fiber One Proten bar, Greek yogurt, and an apple or an orange. What I take as my actual meal varies, but I usually have some frozen meals in my freezer for when it's inconvenient to bring leftovers.

Hot dogs & ramen noodles.

So proud of you! You look younger, too!
-
You know your body best. I think you should maintain for now, and be healthy for your baby!
-
The real question is, WHY are you eating below your BMR? Most likely, it's just normal weight fluxuation.

I'm 5'3", 142. I've lost 46 pounds over the last 9 months. I have been in a deficit pretty much the whole time. I haven't lost over the last 6 weeks (well, up & down, but basically the same). I recently upped my calories to 1560, figuring if I wasn't going to lose I may as well get to eat more. I noticed major loss of hair…

My husband got deployed overseas & lost 25 pounds since he was getting regular exercise. Now I weighed the same as him. That was humiliation enough to get my *kitten* in gear! I lost 30 pounds before he got home, & have lost a total of 45.

10°F in McPherson, Kansas. This morning was -3! Too cold for me!
-
I eat back all my exercise calories.
-
I like to eat an apple & cheese-its together, it's under 250 calories.
-
Remember that a pound is 3500 calories, so 500 is no big deal. Do better tomorrow.
-
I slice it, chop it, freeze it & then add it in all my pasta dishes. I've even put it on pizza. Slice it, lightly fry in butter, then add peppers, mushrooms & cheese & bake until done.

Your body is telling you to EAT MORE!
-
You're so tiny! What an accomplishment! "Want your body back? Come & get it", I like that.
-
Maybe look at a BMI chart? Since I'm not a man, I don't really have any input for you. My husband is 5'8" and likes to be around 180-185. I would say your ideal weight is one in which YOU are happy.

Yep. Happy New Year everyone!

Add crystal light or get a pitcher that purifies the water.
