I got tired of seeing me go over on sugar, so I changed it to show fiber instead. If I eat yogurt or have a cup of vanilla almond milk, I'm over...I say don't worry about it.

Not putting their names on the invitation makes it sound like they are not in favor of the wedding. What does your to-be husband think? Do you have time to re-do the ones that will go to his side of the family?

The point of exercising is: 1. You get to eat more and 2. It helps to maintain muscle mass instead of losing it.

I drink anywhere between 9-14 cups of water each day. There's no way I could drink 3 gallons!

I'd say to my sister, "You ordered the wrong size by accident" or "the company must've messed up the size, surely you didn't really order an XS for me?!" Make her fix it, and if that means she has to eat $125 then that's a valuable lesson learned. She can't let you go naked, and surely she wouldn't expect you to pay double…

The first two people noticed the same day when I was at the 15 pound mark, then a few more at 20 pounds. I wear scrubs to work & they hide a lot! A friend of mine told me restaurants were supposed to have nutritional info on hand...I've asked for it several places now. I ate at PF Chang's today and they had a menu with all the info on it. I had soup, salad, part of an appetizer and my whole entree for about 700 calories.

I generally eat them back, sometimes every last one. If I don't feel hungry, I'll leave about a hundred.

I have been wondering about how to measure peanut butter as well! I have not had any PBJ's for that reason. I knew I wouldn't eyeball 2 Tablespoons good enough (and will probably need 3 or 4 T), plus I was going to be irritated if I used a Tablespoon and a bunch of the peanut butter stuck to it...Thanks!

I take vitamin C & echinacea when I feel a cold coming on. If you feel like working out, do. If not, don't.

I save room for a snack! I just ate an apple with peanut butter (280 cal). If I don't have many calories left, beef jerky works. If I'm out of calories but still hungry, I drink a glass of water & go to bed.

It sounds like you're getting the idea now, but to make it easy for you, just eat between 1600-2000 calories a day. That's above your BMR but below your TDEE. I take sandwiches to work sometimes. I buy the whole grain Thin Buns/Sandwich Skinnys to lower the calorie content.

I like it: on mashed potatoes (or baked potato), with canned pears & eaten with Club crackers, with dry strawberry jello, strawberries & Cool Whip all mixed up. A friend of mine mixes it with flavored yogurt.

The people giving you the feedback on your goal weight probably just want you to be realistic. Since your start weight is 316, you'll probably look fabulous at 145-150. Just keep doing whatever you've been doing. The people I know who cut carbs to lose weight gain it back as soon as they start eating carbs again.

I was once told by an exercise physiologist TIME was more important than SPEED. Instead of 30 min of jogging, try 45-60 min of walking (3.5-4 mph).

I once had a doctors office measure my height with my shoes on. They were big 'ol clodhoppers, too! The mistake could've been on their end. The next time you go in, request another measurement.

My rule is once I wash it, it's mine. The only way I would be ok returning an item I'd already washed is if it fell apart the first washing.

Go to Maurices, I see women of all ages/sizes there. The salespeople are very helpful. As for bras, if you have more weight to lose, buy an Ahh bra or a Genie bra (similar to a sports bra, and does a great job of smoothing out back fat).
