OMG! Not eating after 5?!?! I would die! I try not to eat after 7pm but it can be hard when I don't get home til 6pm most nights! Do you have any good ideas for filling foods with not so many carbs/fat?

I need help at night...I get off work feeling pretty good about working out at lunch time and then going back to the gym for another hour or so after work and by the time I get home I am starving.
