  • I normal work out six days a week running or lifting. I let my body tell me when I need to take a rest day. I normal take mine on Sunday but there time that I need two days. Just remember that sleep is just as important as working out or a rest day. Sleep is where the body repairs itself.
  • Take baby steps. Exercise, eat cleanly, drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest. Log everything you eat don't cheat, you are only cheating yourself when you do this.   • With a tough Mudder your mileage should be fine. The most you run between obstacles is a mile. Upper body strength is good thing to have and good team mates. There are obstacles that you will need help with but there is plenty of people that help out.
