Just make sure whatever you do during the challenge helps you further healthier, sustainable habits you'll be able to do forever. Moderation, not deprivation. One day at a time. Diets don't work in the long-term. If you want to maintain your loss, you'll need to change your lifestyle. I wish you success! You can do it!…

I'm getting goosebumps waiting for part two.

I'd just donate the money and save myself the puke-fest. I didn't know such a thing existed! Good luck with your run! :) OP, I think you need to re-evaluate whether or not low-carb is sustainable for you. Moderation, not deprivation.

This. She's my height and only a little older than me (I'll be 23 on Wednesday, she's 24). My doctor advised me not to get under 108-ish pounds or I'd be underweight (108 is the beginning mark of being underweight for my height) when I talked to her about changing my lifestyle and counting my calories. The healthy range…

It's going to take more time to see the difference, and maybe even to feel it. But keep going!

Link? Not that I'm going to stop eating my Fiber One. I just want you to back up your claims.

Me too! For a yoga mat, it was good!

You look incredible!

Two weeks isn't a plateau. What kind of exercise are you doing? How often? You probably need to increase your calorie intake--how tall are you? How old are you? Starting weight? Goal weight? Is that a current picture of you in your profile? If so, you don't look like you have much to lose. You have to expect the scale to…

Don't keep tempting food in your home; make it harder to give into the cravings. I tend to snack later in the day as well. What's worked for me is to save some calories for later in the day, so I can snack then and I'm less likely to binge.

Mine is never, ever, ever closed. Have a look if you wish.

I'm getting married next May (but I really wanted to get married this October--just not doable with my goals for weight loss, school, my career, and moving). I'd post a back fat bridal gown photo, but it's too early for me to have tried on any gowns so I don't have any pics. I'm doing dress stuff in the fall.

Direct her to us, we'll tell her. ETA: Would she be partial to eating back tiny amounts of her exercise calories until she feels comfortable enough to know she isn't eating too much for her activity level? Like increasing by 50 calories each week, for example?

This thread is so sad. That is such a sad life. This thread makes me want comfort food.

So, in summary, you miss food but you have no intention of eating it? Just because a test is expensive doesn't mean it's accurate. And it may have been accurate, but you may have misinterpreted the instructions/results incorrectly. Or this was not the advice of a professional at all in the first place. Either way, you can…

My nickname is breezy, I was born in 1991, and I thought it was a cute play on "bumblebee" and bumblebees are fat and round (like me) and free to fly around (like I want to be).

You're eating 1000-1200 calories per day? That seems low to me and it could be why you're stuck.
-
I'm always looking for calories. Om nom nom nom nom. :drinker:
-
One of these again? :grumble:

As for the people in my life changing after I changed my lifestyle: It hasn't been much of a problem now, but it has been in the past. My mom and I used to be really bad together.

I have done shift work since I started working when I was a teenager, including night shift at the nursing homes I've worked at (I'm a CNA), and I'll be 23 next week. I agree with this.

Maybe some acid reflux?

Oh mannn, the Vitafusion calcium gummies are so good, I'm glad a serving is two gummies. I ran out of those on Sunday and I need to get some more, but I picked up some fiber gummies and they are Vitafusion too. I think they are called Fiber Well, but I can't be sure. My diary is always open if you really wanna know, but I…

I take a gummy vitamin with my breakfast every morning and it's easier on my stomach. You may want to consider something like that if you're more sensitive to the hard multivitamins, though I think eliminating the extra caffeine will do some good. Best of luck. :)

This. Also, if they truly believe that you really need to be consuming 3000+ calories per day to lose weight, tell them to test it out by logging it for a week. But really, despite them giving you a lot of *kitten* (except maybe your friend who eats a block of cheese a day - :noway: ), it only matters that you're…

I like both honey and Splenda (not at the same time) in my tea. It depends on how many calories I have left when I want to drink the tea.

You look stunning! Your hard work paid off, you should be proud!
