Day 4? Check!! I worked out really late today. It took every ounce of positive self-talk to put on my workout gear but I got it done. Listening to music definitely helped. I didn't feel as sluggish as I did during the last 3 days. Could Jillian be right? Am I getting stronger?? lol....26 more days!!

Day 3 DONE!! I did better than the previous days - definitely less sore. I find that I loosen up and my performance improves after the first 5 minutes of the DVD. I think I need more than a 3 min warm-up. 27 more days!! Good idea on taking measurements. I'll do that today.

2 days down. 28 to go. I have to admit that day 2 was a little harder than day 1 because my muscles (especially the arms) were so sore. There is a part of the DVD were Jillian says (paraphrasing) "If you are on your 5th day you probably notice how much easier this exercise is or you should feel stronger". I'm holding her…
