  • Hi! I am just starting back on this. I am recovering from ACDF surgery. Exercise is limited so i need to stay on point with food! I have set small goals. My 1st is to hit 190 by may 9th. Then i will reevaluate and set my next goal! I just turned 40 last october and want to be healthier! Current:205 Goal:190 Height: 5'4
  • I have gained almost 50 pounds since being on 2nd shift:/ I had lost close to 30 in 2011/2012 before my wedding and gained a bit back after. But I really packed in on when I came to 2nd. Any tips on controlling the binge eating before bed?
