If I had a week of working out like that, I think I would feel pretty good! Physically and mentally. Don't do all that hard work and then beat yourself down... you don't deserve that.

I love bread too! I won't part with it. So I started making my own. Also, I've started making my sandwhiches with 100 calorie wheat english muffins instead of slices of bread and they are very yummy and filling. Are you positive you aren't losing inches? Do your clothes feel looser? One thing I've noticed about fat is it shrinks, but it happens real slow, and it keeps the same shape while it does it. Honestly, Speedo makes really good sturdy one piece swim suits. They're not intended to be sexy, but at the same time I think they're simple and very flattering. I have one and I really like it. Very comfortable and it's a good brand. I found mine at a sports store in solid black.

Is there any pain involved? I've had a couple UTIs before and they only get worse without antibiotics. I had to constantly pee, but it was very painful and difficult. No health insurance so I thought I could beat it with cranberry pills. Oh boy was I wrong!

Shoot, I tell random people how much I weigh. Usually because they're always surprised. I've always weighed more than people expect. When I first started dating my guy he was like "No way you weigh that much" and I said "Yes huh, get out the scale!" and I laughed. I've always distributed my weight pretty evenly, I guess.

I was always under the impression that birth control could cause you to gain weight because the hormonal changes could increase your appetite. I track my carbs, but I don't restrict them. I very rarely go over, though. Same with fat. Every now and again I see them in the red, but it's so rare I don't worry about it. I'm a pretty firm believer in calories in, calories out.

If this is your only complaint about the gym/instructors, I would just skip out on that class and be stick with the ones that do work for you. Not every class a gym teaches is going to match your level. But if you're the type to complain about every unsatisfaction you have, complain away.... Maybe the level she teaches is…

Have you tried adding small weights to your lunges and squats? Believe me, add more weight and your legs and butt will remember what sore feels like!!
