I am barely 5' and weighing 204 with highest weight of 208. I can say that I do get discouraged easy but I'm hoping this time around with the support of the ladies on this site I will be stronger this time. Hope you enjoy your fitbit flex as much as I like my fitbit one. It's such a wonderful piece that makes me want to go the extra mile, a great incentive. When you get it please let me know if it's everything that you thought it would be. It motivates me daily.

I know I should keep any type of cake or pie out of my house. I don't know how to have just one piece. After 20 days of trying to stay sugar free I went on a binge today.
