i am 5'10 med frame....my range is 135 to 165 with 150 being the middle of the road. I am now at 165 and though I look good, I am ready to go 5-10 more lbs just for my peace of mind. It's all in how YOU feel!!

SO and I ride our bikes daily taking the dog with us so he can get into shape as well. Well one fine sunday morning, we went a bit too far for the dog and our usual 1hr ride took close to 2hrs having to stop many times tto let the dog rest. I let dog rest a few days and then started walking him instead...we do a mile walk…

we cook the weeks meals on sunday....grill chicken, steak, pork chops/loins, and the salmon. Place in tupperware containers and take a bit each day and just reheat it for lunch/dinner. We also scramble up a dozen eggs on sunday and then use them all week for our burritos along with some of meat if we desire in them. Saves…

raspberry yogurt, a lenders bagel topped with 1 fried egg and a slice of cheese. My biggest meal of the day at 540 calories...fills me up for a long time too!!
